The linens were dirty. The room smells like cigarettes. To top it off we had a strange person knocking on the outer wall at 3 am.

I didn't like not being able to control the temperature of the room. It was too cold the entire time. I am hoping they fix the stairway that is currently closed, and the the one nearby that has similar cracks.

The room was dirty with hair in shower and dirt on floor. Room wasn't available untill almost 4 pm although they assured us if we returned at 3, it would be ready. When they told us it was ready they provided keys, but when we got to room door was open and there was a broken t.v. lying on the bed. I could provide a few other issues but why bother...
