Second Bedroom: Queen bed, bright and cozy. A comfortable bean bag, and a unique grass accent wall to put it all together. Creating a fun and cozy space.

Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with full-size mattresses—great for kids or extra guests. Along, with blackout curtains and a dedicated desk to get work done.

This neighborhood is in the up and coming part of Gresham. It is less than a mile form Gresham Downtown. The neighbors are quite and friendly. We have Cascade athletic club just across the street if you are looking to get a quick workout in and a brand new library opening soon.

Getting around is very easy. You have the highways very close, downtown minutes away, and many restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.

- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
