One of the employees were really rude. I also didnt know they had a pet policy, if you leave your pets alone you will be kicked out and charged a fine. Found that out after staff went into my room without my knowledge. I dont like to pack up my cats 2 times a day for a 10 minute ride. Its traumatizing to them. But i had to bring my bf to work... I also was having surgery, and was looking at staying there for another 3 weeks to heal, before all that happened. Im glad I didnt end up doing it because I have to go to doctors apt, and couldnt take the cats with me. So they lost out on that income. I was also burned by their broken waffle maker, it slammed down on my hand while i was pouring the mix onto it. Knowing that they go in your room whenever they want is ridiculous and should be illegal.

A great pet friendly property!

We enjoy staying at this hotel each time we visit our son at UNE. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, the shower has great pressure and I love the Green Mountain coffee they serve.The property has lots of space to walk your pet and it’s a short drive to downtown Saco and Biddeford.

This place is fine if you just want a roof over your head. My first room was horrible. There was a terrible smell, the wood on the beds was unfinished, the floor was extremely dirty and there was even a snickers wrapper on the floor. I changed rooms and it was in slightly better condition. Very dated building and rooms, and construction going on around the building. Most of the staff was kind and helpful but I won’t stay there again.

Nice stay.

Centrally located and easy to get to. Grounds needed cleaning up. The room was spacious but the AC unit wasnt working properly. Room never really cooled down. Breakfast was great and the shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was wonderful. The hotel overall needs some updating but a nice stay for the money.

Ehh Probbly wouldn’t stay again

Only one working outlet and it was behind a chair in the far corner of the room. You can tell the room was being renovated. They charged my card numerous times and took days for the charges to clean pending. The front desk staff doesn’t really listen to you when expressing concerns or questions. The breakfast bar was sad…you can have three options of cereal, eggs, bagel or waffles.

What you think you’re going to get vs. what you !!

The the visit at this hotel made me wanna start a website what you think you’re gonna get versus what you get the facilities were completely rundown and not taken care of I would give the rum and the Hotel of reading of a one star hotel the walls were damaged. The sink in the bathroom was damaged the bathroom tub had black mold in it. The general overall cleanliness of the hotel was a three on a scale of one to 10 whoever owns this hotel should take a serious hard look at the conditions of the hotel and the rooms and put some time and effort into upkeep. The pictures on the website did not depict at all what the rooms looked like
