Located in a prime and convenient neighborhood just off I-5 and US-30. Near PDX airport, Moda Center, Alberta Arts, 10 min to downtown.

Step inside and be greeted by a beautiful interior that combines modern farmhouse style with bohemian accents. The open layout and generous living spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy relaxing or working.

You will stay in 4 bedrooms--1 on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The comfortable bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, providing a restful haven for a good night's sleep.

The living room includes a 65” Roku TV, sectional sofa and additional seating, offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city. Please note the fireplace is out of service.

The house features a well equipped kitchen--including cooking essentials, utensils, and a fully stocked spice rack. Serve meals for everyone in the dining area, which comfortably seats 7-8 guests.

Keyless entry with a code - you will be provided with the check-in code on the day of your check-in day to access the house. No access to the basement or garage.

Piedmont is a cute neighborhood that offers bars, restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Make sure to stop by the stunning Peninsula Park Rose Garden to see the roses if you're visiting between May and October. The location is close to I-5, MAX and public transit.

We have 4 off-street parking spots that are a safe place to park your vehicle(s). Additional parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhood.

Please note that the City of Portland requires me to keep a record of the full names and addresses of each guest (It's due to the larger size. The vast majority of Portland AirBnbs are 1-2 bedroom and larger listings like mine have extra rules to comply with)

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

Parking: Off-street driveway parking is available for up to 3 standard-size vehicles. No street parking is available directly in front of the home, so additional vehicles may need to park around the block.

Security Cameras: For security, the exterior of the home is equipped with an exterior driveway camera and a Blink doorbell camera. These devices monitor exterior access areas only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

The fireplace is currently out of order.
