Walk or bike to Downtown St Johns, Cathedral Park, 10 min. to Downtown Portland & Pearl District. 20 min to PDX. This NEW backyard guesthouse was designed with guest comfort in mind. Modern finishes and upgrades offer style and comfort in this cozy space 548 ft.² featuring 1 Queen bed / 1 sofa bed / 1.5 baths. Sleeps up to 4. Kitchenette, Washer/Dryer, Electric Fireplace. FREE Parking, Wifi. You may bring your well behaved pre-approved dog w/a $50 fee.
LIVING AREA: Cozy up to the fireplace in the living area, with big windows and vaulted ceilings to enjoy the view of Forest Park and a Peek-a-boo view of the St Johns bridge. This area is very light and bright even on those rainy days. The room feature a comfortable couch and converts to a Twin or King size sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV with apps for streaming, make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie or enjoy a game of cards. KITCHENETTE: There is also a very large peninsula that serves as a great prep space for meals and also makes for a great working space if traveling for remote work. Fully stocked kitchenette, PORTABLE COOKTOP, and everything you need to create a small meal, ample quartz countertop space for the toaster, electric skillet, crockpot, toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven and microwave. Everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a small delicious meal. Large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware to make eating in simple and efficient. Large solid quartz surface peninsula with comfy barstools that seat (2) with TV trays enough for an additional (2) people. The BEDROOM features a Queen size memory foam mattress with comfortable, crisp cotton sheets and 4 pillows. Relax in bed awhile and read a good book, there are 2 wall lights that adjust both lighting type and angle, the room is compact and comfortable. If you like a dark room pull down the blackout shade. There is closet space for hanging clothes, and storing personal items, luggage rack and a standard size stackable high efficiency washer & dryer, portable fan, clothes steamer all located in the closet for guest use. We also provide a small amount of laundry detergent for your convenience. BATHROOM including a TILE SHOWER w/glass doors, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer to complete the necessities!

Downtown Portland and Sauvie Island are both less than 15 minutes away, while PDX Airport and Vancouver, Washington are about a 20-minute drive.
The neighborhood is highly walkable and bike-friendly, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and parks without a car. For those who prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there’s a bus stop just a block away.

~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.
~ We do welcome 1 pre-approved dog up to 35 lbs w/a $50 pet fee
