The staff and checking in and out was perfectly fine. The parking situation is not great and you must pay a nightly fee for using the hotel parking. The walls were thin so you could hear basically everything in the hallway and above you, including footsteps. The sink and shower drained slower than the flow of water so you ended up standing in a puddle. The bed was not made and had two small duvets for one king size bed, with no opt out option at booking. There was no AC or fan and the thermostat on the wall did nothing. There is no microwave and the mini fridge did not have a freezer option. I paid for a room with a tub, and the tub was nothing more than a shower tub combo. Certainly not worth the extra cost.

Mixed bag

I always use the laundry bags. But they didn't have any. The refrigerator didn't work at all, plus no freezing section. They do have neatly packed bags of ice in the hallway. I also missed having a microwave. It was pleasant to look out over the Willamette river. Nice touches that I didn't actually try were the free drink and the robe. The staff were super friendly. I was able to park before check in and pick it up well after check out (yes there's a $25 day fee for parking). There was also a resort fee that I didn't know about at booking. Not sure where the resort was - it was just a hotel.

Pet friendly is an understatement.

We had to book our stay last minute due to a family emergency. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful for us because it was so last-minute we ended up bringing all the dogs and this place is fantastic. They take pet friendly to a whole other level. Their stuff went out of their way to help us during our difficult time and we could not be more appreciative.

The staff was friendly. The room was extremely clean, but not having coffee or breakfast for your clients at the cost of the hotel is ridiculous. not enough creamer for even 2 cups let alone 4 cups of coffee in the room but extremely clean and the staff was nice. There were just a few things that were missing and the drinks that they offer you as a VIP is a glass of wine or one particular beer on tap
