*There is NO smoking inside the unit or on the property. If anyone in your party smokes, please have them cross the street to do so and dispose of them properly. 

*If you have pets with you, please make sure they stay off the furniture and any waste is picked up and disposed of properly. 

*When using the shower please make sure the shower curtain liner is completely inside the tub, so water doesn`t get on the floor! It will leak through if so.

Great location and direct access to Portland west side and old town. We enjoyed the home, nice furnishings and comfortable. However the the online listing indicates 2 bathrooms with showers when in fact there is only one shower. Not ideal with 4 adults staying in the house. Other suggestions would be more seating at the dining table and a better equipped kitchen for cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
