Monthly Rental - The Artist`s Garden - Tiny Studio Cottage

Get cozy in this adorable SE Portland studio. Situated in the garden, this blue gem provides comfort and convenience in a unique Portland tiny home experience. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to explore SE neighborhoods with easy access to Portland State University, Reed College, and downtown.

This backyard cottage includes a bay window lounging area, a Queen size Murphy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with a stovetop and mini fridge for easy, basic cooking... wood beams, and skylights. We just added & installed a window AC unit as well!

This quaint studio is located in an up and coming SE neighborhood with walking distance to great coffee, groceries, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and more. Additionally, the studio is situated between the popular Woodstock and Division neighborhoods.

Guests have access to the backyard studio. There is a main home on the property which guests do not have access to.

**There is no laundry onsite but a laundromat less than a mile away.

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.

In the event of a cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment transfer costs. This fee is non-refundable, as it is automatically charged by our payment provider at the time of the original transaction. As the reservation has already been canceled and the booking dates have been lost, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these processing fees. Thank you very much for your understanding.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we've partnered with Safely to provide accidental damage protection. This coverage is included in your rental rate and fees and protects you against accidental damages during your stay. The Safely Stay Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 in coverage for accidental damage to contents and the property. Full terms can be found at safely.com/terms. This fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 24 hours before arrival.

This cottage offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
