We were evacuated because of a fire and this was a wonderful place to stay while we couldn't be at home. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and modern and we felt safe here.

The staff was very friendly. The guy at the front desk definitely looks like he had already had a very long day, but he was still super sweet and super helpful and checkout was super quick. I literally just handed them the key card and it was literally done instant.

It was our second time to stay here. Room was clean. However, whenever the A/C was on, it gave out some musty smell. The hotel is a few months old only.

It was clean on the inside. I was on the 3rd floor you could still hear people above you. So there's no carpet, so it's a little louder. Lots of parking at least when I was there.

Upon walking into my room, I was blown away by the amount of cannabis smoke smell. It wasn’t faint, it was overwhelming. It made me instantly nauseous. I had to walk back down to the front desk, with all my bags. From the fourth floor. The Front Desk person working, was very friendly the entire experience. However, the second room she gave me, when I went to check in with my key, someone else was already in there. I had to go back down again, with all my bags, from the third floor. The next room she gave me, the keys did not work, so I had to go back down to the front desk again. The final room she gave me, she came up with me, and the keys worked. However, the floor was very dirty, there were shoe prints and multiple boot prints all over the floor. There was no shampoo or soap for any amenities. Just a few towels. So I had to go back down to the Front Desk for the hundredth time. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work, as she hadn’t changed my room number for my original room number. The AC was not on, any of the rooms that I went in. I understand that’s probably an echo setting idea, but it is over 90° today in Portland and that is unacceptable. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to finally get settled into my room. I would like a refund.

I think this is actually an extended stay facility but they don’t tell you that. I had to request a blow dryer because there are none in my room and they said that’s because you have to check them out at the front desk. There was clearly people living there as I saw Amazon packages being delivered to Various hotel room doors, there were pets, and folks carrying in multiple groceries each day. The walls are very thin I could hear all the conversations on the sides of me and the people walking and shuffling above me. There are no drapes so you cannot block out any outside building lights or sunshine. There is no spring mattress. The bed is just on top of a standard metal bracket. And the frame would move anytime I moved. I can say that the facility was incredibly clean, but it was not to the standards of a normal hotel room. There were no tissues And I had to go down and request new towels each day.

This hotel seems like it is brand new, and everything was clean, but it also seems like they built it using the cheapest possible furnishings and finishes: everything from the pillows/bedding, flooring, mattress, cabinets, lighting, towels, etc. All of it was new but low-end. The mattress was quite uncomfortable. The road noise was loud starting in the early morning. Things you come to expect in a hotel were just absent (eg. tissues, do not disturb sign, ice machine, 24 hour front desk, etc.).
