Madison Vacation boast beautiful landscaping and community grounds are always kept in a clean and sanitanized condition. Guests have access to private driveway as well as parking for visitors just footsteps away.
Rooms are spacious and fashioned with the family in mind with access to back porch and backyard.

Outside of the community, Madison Vacation is minutes (less than 4 mins) away from major shopping points and business zones; particularly the Portmore Sovriegn Centre, Pines Plaza and The Ackee Village (7mins away) among others. Just 10mins drive away and your feet is covered in sand; Portmore is home to over three (3) beaches including the famous Helshire Beach also known for great food.

Worst accomation & host ever

The property is a scam, not what is advertised, different property entirely. The place was extermely dirty, the kitchen cupboards has mildew, black mold in bathroom, no washing machine as advertised poor to no communication from the host. Worst stay everr. Deserve no stars at all.

Very misleading!!!!

The host told me at 5:45pm when I reach the property for check in that there was a lighting issue . She sent me to a different property that lacks all amenities of an AirB and B. Only had one bathroom and absolutely nothing!!!! Not even internet. There was no extra bed linen, no toiletries, no towels,no utensils.. be honest people are spending for comfort. So stop misleading people!!!!!!!

I was not completely satisfied.

I am not sure if my expectations were too high because I normally stay at all inclusive hotels. However, my experience was a 3 out of 5. First of all the rooms were not exactly clean, I had to wipe down the counters and had to call to get the shower curtains cleaned. The surface areas were not cleaned properly which left me to believe the place was probably not sanitized so I disinfected it myself. The towels that I received were not washed properly and my husband even refused to use them, stains were all over the towel. The plugs in the bathroom did not work which I called about from day 1 and upon departure still was not fixed. The house seemed to need a little fixing because things were broken. The bulb casing above the dining table was cracked, one dining chair was broken. Basic things were not left in the kitchen, such as soap to wash plates or a kitchen towel or even a paper towel. Garbage bags were not left in tyer kitchen area , the pan was just left bagless. The comforter left on the bed half holes which showed the stuffing bulging out. I have stayed at a guesthouse in the New Kingston area before and I can tell you that this was literally night and day. The property manager was very accessible I would give that a 5.

Home away from Home

My stay at this property made me feel like I have gained another family. Its my 2nd time at same place n I can say it is going to be my spot for as long as I am able to visit Portmore Jamaica. Highly recommend it n u won't regret staying there. Host n hostess treat u like family n are very ready to recommend places n things for u to do. Very safe n pleasant environment . Keep up the good work. Hoping to be back soon👍👌💕

It was perfect

The property was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. Everything I needed was in close proximity including grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. The owner is amazing, she is understanding, readily available and accommodating. I am really looking forward to staying at this location again :)

Property was very clean. Loved the promptness of the hostess in resolving issues. Very helpful n polite. Will definitely be back. Had a wonderful time with my 2 girlfriends there.
