O hotel aparenta ser bem antigo e precisa de algumas reformas. Coisas que ferem a experiência do hóspede como falta de tomadas, portas emperradas e muito barulhentas (a ponto de acordar os hóspedes devido a péssima acústica), toalhas muito mal lavadas, etc me impedem de dar uma nota boa. A localização não é uma das melhores e te passa um sentimento de insegurança. O preço e a inclusão do café da manhã são ótimos atrativos, mas o café não condiz com as fotos (pouca quantidade/opções e muita demora na reposição dos itens). O staff é educado e solícito, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários.

Porém com algumas observações negativas: o AR Condicionado não resfria, muito antigo e fraco precisando de uma grande manutenção ou troca de aparelho. O quarto estava sujo (banheiro com restos de fezes no vaso) indicando ter sido mal higienizado, solicitamos troca do quarto e nos mandaram para outro com camas de solteiro (somos um casal), mas aceitamos pois estávamos cansados. Porta do banheiro estava quebrada, cobertas não tinham cheiro agradável. Em compensação o café da manhã foi bom e a moça da equipe muito educada. Mas no geral a experiência não foi boa, não voltaremos e nem recomendamos. O que se espera de uma hospedagem por mais barata ou simples que seja é o mínimo de higiene.
