A televisão não estava com acesso a Internet, no café da manhã não existiam placas indicando o que era cada alimento ou o que continha para grupos alérgicos. Solicitei o carro na recepção logo após o café, iria pegar as minhas coisas e descer, mas o recepcionista disse que o carro chegaria em 2 minutos, então eu deveria solicitar depois que voltasse com as minhas coisas, mas infelizmente tive que aguardar quase 10 minutos na rua esperando o veículo.
