The cozy detached Villino is surrounded by greenery, with a large garden and surrounding land of 4000sqm. The green hills all around frame the villino in a true oasis of peace and tranquility. The ideal solution for those seeking a relaxing vacation away from the chaos of the city center.
Here nature is the master, just a few minutes from the renowned Porto Azzurro and close to Reale beach, a charming cove of clear sand in a unique natural setting. The crystal-clear and almost always calm sea offers adults and children the chance to explore the sandy seabed, ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. The beach is partly equipped thanks to the presence of an establishment, with umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee and a small bar. From here, you can reach with a walk immersed in unspoiled nature the small lake of Terranera, characterized by black sand and fresh emerald green water.

Entrance is through a glass door onto the large and bright kitchen equipped with refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, gas stove and television.
The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a quad bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a second bathroom with washing machine and a utility room with a second refrigerator.
