It`s 100 meters away from the charming sandy beach of Torre Lapillo, Villa Ariel is
an exclusive holiday home, ideal for a relaxing vacation on the coast
of Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved Apulian toruist destinations.
The villa is modern, well equipped and furnished with attention to
details, Mediterranean style. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Villa Ariel is framed by an entirely fenced garden, with trees, equipped outdoor spaces ideal for lunch or dinner, barbecue grill and parking area. The house consists of a beautiful living room
with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and
dishwasher, the sitting room with armchairs and television and a
bathroom with shower. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms
with pertinent and exclusive bathroom: 2 double bedrooms (one of which
on the first floor) and a four-bed room. The windows and doors are
equipped with mosquito nets.

The surroundings of Villa Ariel
Villa Ariel is in the residential area of Torre Lapillo, 100 meters away from the free beach
and the beach establishments and the necessary to spend a relaxing
vacation. The villa is 300 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo
with its amenities, such as bars, tobacco shops, newsstand, supermarket,
fish shop, church and doctor on duty. The house is in an ideal position
because it`s within walking distance from the sea and the city centre,
part of Porto Cesareo.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the bathroom is without shower. 
- Air conditioner in the living room, in one master bedroom and in the room on the mezzanine.
- There are two parking spots.
 

 

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
