Villa Iolanda is a holiday house for rent Torre Lapillo,
a hamlet of Porto Cesareo, famous for its beaches and the crystal clear
sea. The villa develops on two levels, is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets and it is perfect for large families, groups of friends and families, as hosts up to 10 people. Pets are not allowed.

Iolanda is a beautiful villa located on two levels. On the ground floor
there is a garden with a furnished porch where you can relax in the
open air. The interior on the ground floor are formed from 1 family room furnished with a double bed + bunk bed and 1 shower bathroom en suite.

Stairs lead to the first floor where you will spread the rest of the
villa. There is a large and bright living room with sitting area and the and the dining room. From here you access to the kitchenette, is the rest of the sleeping area formed by 1 double room and 1 family room furnished with a double bed + a bunk bed. Complete 1 complete bathroom with shower.

Villa
Iolanda is in Torre Lapillo hamlet of Porto Cesareo, very popular for
its beaches and its sea. The first beaches of Torre Lapillo are around
500 metres from the villa, as well as the centre of the resort where
there are all the main services. Porto Cesareo is located about 5 km
away. Very beautiful are also the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Torre
Castiglione, just a few kilometres away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The entrance is shared with the owner that lives in the apartment on the ground floor. The entrance of the apartment is a door on the right, near the sofas on the ground floor.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
