The holiday home for 5 guests in on the ground floor of
a two-unit complex in Porto Cesareo, by the beach and the seafront
promenade. The one-bedroom apartment is equipped with accessories such
as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, iron and ironing board, outdoor heated shower, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.

The
house is near many amenities. It shares the entrance with the
one-bedroom apartment on the upper floor. It`s furnished with basic
elements, with 2 air conditioning units which makes it comfortable even
during the hottest days of the season.

It opens into a large living room and kitchen with induction hob, sofa bed, tv and air conditioning. The porch is accessible from the big glass wall. The sleeping area consists of 1 four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed and
1 bathroom with shower. Moreover, there is an exclusive courtyard at
the back of the apartment with outdoor shower with hot water, washing
machine and sink.

The one-bedroom apartment is in the complex Sunny Beach, in a strategic position, in

Porto Cesareo

. It`s in the city centre, near the beach
and the seafront promenade. It`s near amenities such as restaurants and
supermarkets, clothing shops, fish shops, newsstand and tobacco shops.
The closest beach establishments are 1 kilometer away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance with another apartment.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
