Apartment B by Sea La Vie is a comfortable vacation home in Torre Lapillo, for rent just 700 meters from the sea, and with all the main services at hand.
The newly built house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, electric oven, curtains and mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and TV. It offers up to 4 beds.
In the large garden, parking, outdoor shower and some relaxation areas are shared with another vacation home. Pets are allowed.

Apartment B is part of a small villa with garden, consisting of two independent houses that can be rented individually.
The new apartment consists of living room with open kitchen and 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower box, plus a small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Air conditioning is in the living room, while in the bedroom there are ceiling blades.
A beautiful veranda of exclusive pertinence allows you to enjoy quiet days of relaxation. If necessary, for more privacy, a partition between the verandas of the two neighboring apartments can also be used.
In the common areas of the garden you can enjoy well-kept green corners, deck chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy the coolness in the middle of summer.
The apartments are equipped with mosquito nets, curtains, and shutters. They are a great solution for quiet stays, for families or couples, close to the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.

Sea La Vie is located in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo, from where even on foot you can reach the beach or the center in just a 10-minute walk. All services are within easy reach.
In front of Sea La Vie, a small road leads straight to a small cove with clear water and low cliffs, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub: a bucolic setting for taking even your pet for a walk.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Apartment B is one of two apartments of Sea La Vie, each of which is independent
- In common only: parking, outdoor shower and some chilling areas.
- Air conditioning only in the living room, in the bedrooms there are ceiling fans.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
