Riva del Conte is a comfortable small seafront villa with garden, by the quiet tract of coast named Riva degli Angeli, seaside location of Punta Prosciutto, a few kilometers away from Porto Cesareo and in the beautiful natural reserve Palude del Conte (Padula Fede). The location is served by a supermarket and a sall bar. The comples Punta Grossa with its amenities such as restaurant, pizzeria, soccer fields and bowling alley is near the house.

The small villa is at the corner between two streets, so it`s equipped with a double entrance. In front of one of the entrances there is a large free sandy beach, reachable through a wooden boardwalk. Outside of the house there are shadowed areas furnished with table and chairs for lunches or dinners, and a built-in barbecue grill. The small villa consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which can become a double) and two bathrooms with shower.

The small villa is ideal for families with children, with elderly or small groups of people, even with pets. The tract of coast, in addition to the beautiful sandy beaches and the crystal clear bottom, is characterized by the high dunes, the pine forests and the Boschetto dell`Arneo, the natural small lakes nearby such as the Cecita lake which is only 200 meters away from the house. Famous seaside locations such as Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo, Torre Colimena and San Pietro in Bevagna are a few minutes` drive away, just like the old town centres of Nardò, Manduria, Leverano and Copertino, gems you have to discover.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 62 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Not drinkable water.
- One bathroom is without shower.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
