The Surroundings of the Residence in Porto Cesareo
The vacation home is part of a recently built residence located along one of Porto Cesareo?s main streets, which connects the town center to the long beaches along the coast.
The lively town center, with all its shops and services, is just 150 meters from the vacation homes, while the nearest equipped beaches are 500 meters away and can also be reached on foot.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
