The Trilo di Annahouse are brand new 4-bed apartments for vacation rental in Porto Cesareo, just a short walk from the sea and the center.
Located on the basement floor, the two apartments are self-contained. The residence offers guests space for parking inside the property, which is fully fenced.
Each three-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer. Washing machines are shared by all residence guests.

Annahouse was completed in spring 2024. It is located in the town
center of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet area with all services at hand.
The
center can be reached by a walk of only 500 meters. The nearest sandy
beaches equipped with bathing lidos are only 600 meters away.

Cesareo is one of the most popular destinations for spending vacations
on the fabulous beaches of Salento. The Porto Cesareo coastline that
extends northward to Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto is renowned for
its sandy beaches and crystal clear sea suitable for all ages.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Apartment in the basement (accessible by stairs). On the same floor there is also a shared laundry area (in common for all the guests).
- Air conditioning just in the living.
- Flat in the basement floor.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
