Two-room 4-bed vacationhome for vacations in Torre Lapillo, within walking distance of beaches and all services. The Bilo Alba is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave and TV.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower. The apartment is part of a villa together with another vacation home and shares the car space with it.

two-room apartment is located inside a newly built villa, adjacent to
another vacation home with which it shares the entrance gate for cars
and parking space.
The Bilo Alba has its own pedestrian gate and a
spacious veranda, furnished for outdoor dining. The interior is modern,
simple and cozy, furnished with new furniture.
There is a living room with open kitchen, dining room, TV and 1 French sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

The Bilo Alba is part of Villa Alba e Tramonto and is located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo renowned for the beauty of its sea, its beaches the shallow and crystal clear waters loved by all.
The
complex of two vacation homes is only 150 meters from the free beach,
while the center with all services is only 200 meters away. The first
equipped beaches are about 1 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- TV in the living room.
