Villa Aleida is a villa with a large garden divided into 2 apartments, it is accessed by an automatic gate and in the front yard there are 2 covered parking spaces, in the garden there is also a shared barbecue and an outdoor shower, the 2 apartments are independent of each other and have only the shared yard, each apartment has an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom, inside we find all the amenities such as a washing machine, wifi, televisions and a coffee maker.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- BBQ, garden, external shower and parking shared with another flat.
- Each flat has a porch of exclusive pertinence.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
