Lorena has a large garden with equipped areas. There is a comfortable
veranda in the back, equipped with barbecue, where you can enjoy
alfresco dining, second bathroom with outdoor shower, parking, storage
room, washing machine. Next to the villa, a plot, the property offers up
to 6 cars. 
interiors open to a hallway, which leads to the
living-room of the cottage. Here, in the big living room there is the
dining room and the modern kitchen. The sleeping area is composed by 2
bedrooms, one double and one triple room with double bed + single sofa
bed. In the two rooms you can add a camp bed, to get to 7 beds.

Lido Max. The famous and popular seaside resort is a hamlet of Porto
Cesareo, which is just 6 km away. Just A few minutes away are the most
beautiful pristine beaches, such as Punta Prosciutto to the north.

main services, both commercial and for tourist. Every evening in the
city centre, in the middle of the summer, holds a rich market.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- External bathroom has no bidet.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
