Casa Olivares is a Luxury Villa, independent 100 meters from the beautiful white beaches of the Porto Cesareo coast and located within a protected marine area.
Just renovated in every detail, finely furnished in every detail.
At the entrance you will be greeted by a large courtyard equipped with a large illuminated umbrella and sun loungers, to be enjoyed with all the privacy and tranquility of this natural reserve. Entering the house you will find a large living area with modern furnishings, a corner sofa with a chase long.
Continuing inside, a large, super-equipped open kitchen, induction hob and dishwasher, large fridge. In the center of the house you will find two extremely elegant bathrooms, one with a "king size" shower and matt black taps.
On the left side of the house are the bedrooms, two doubles and one twin or single. The villa is equipped with a laundry room, clothes horse, wi-fi, safe and is fully air conditioned.
From the rear courtyard you can access the solarium of the villa located on the upper floor from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The front yard is equipped with a large umbrella and you can enjoy dinners and lunches in absolute relaxation.
The internal surface is about 75 square meters and the external spaces are of the same size, there is also a very comfortable veranda.

For special needs contact us at any time. In the period from May 1st to October 15th, a minimum of one week is rented from Saturday to Saturday, no animals are accepted, only referenced people.
