Located in an area rich in history and tradition, it offers an authentic experience of Sicily, ideal for those seeking tranquility and the warmth of this beautiful land.The loft, a few steps from the sea, offers a unique panoramic view. Thanks to the Open Space that unites the large living room and dining area, along with the window overlooking the sea, the room enjoys extraordinary natural light. It is spread over several levels, with a master bedroom on each floor, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Downstairs, the living room is furnished with two sofa beds, ideal for hosting friends or family. The modern kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances, perfectly complements the dining area. Completing the floor is a modern bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, the second double bedroom has a balcony overlooking the dining area.
Guests upon arrival will find clean linens and towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and all modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so they can have an authentic experience without having to give up modern conveniences.

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, while check-out must be done by 10:00 am. For any special needs or requests, please feel free to contact us in advance.
