• Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and ends at midnight — after that time, a fee corresponding to midnight will be charged

• Both apartment are studio and on 2nd floor

• Check-outs end at 11:00 am; after that hour a half night will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged for a full night.

- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €9/day.

- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

• The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of €2 per night per person up to 7 nights.

- This apartments requires a €500 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
