A wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going out on one of the Douro river cruises. Our accommodations were very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. This is my kind of accommodation. Low key but with all the essentials. Cleanliness, coffee machine, comfortable bed and quiet location. The view is stunning although you are some 15 minutes walk from the Ribeiro.

The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered.

Perfect stay

Excellent little hotel, 15 mins walk from the Dom Louis bridge and flat along the river, given most of Porto is steeply sloped. Marta was an excellent host going out of her way to make the stay as hassle free as possible, even providing a phone number for anything I needed. Would highly recommend!
