We were shocked by the size of this apartment! It was huge and perfect for our family to spread out. It was clean and comfortable and in a perfect spot for exploring.

Dirty towels left in the unit. Stained sheets made up my bed. The heat was difficult to figure out and controlled remotely and never resolved. We were cold. Contacting lovely stay was difficult and contacting the owner on the listing website was ignored. I had to call internationally even though I was in Porto. I would like to be credited back some of what I paid.

Awesome location with PARKING!

Centrally located, spacious, and perfect for tourists. Easy check in and out. The place was clean, sufficiently appointed, and the mattresses/pillows made for sound and restful sleep. Even though the bedrooms faced the street, one is high enough and the town closes up early enough for weary travelers to get their rest. Parking is a HUGE plus, but be warned: getting into the garage from the alley is a very tight hairpin turn AND the parking spot is the last spot by a wall. Small cars recommended!Management company was very responsive to questions and comments: I had trouble uploading my passport jpg from my phone on their website but they assisted with the upload once I contacted them and sent them my files. I also mentioned that there was a light bulb that was out and they were very quick in their response.
