The apartment is situated in a central location with easy access to shops, restaurant and transport. Note that there is construction work right outside which starts early, this should be aded to the description for transparency. We stayed in the duplex/premier apartment which provides wonderful space for a family of 4 however the stairs can be dangerous for young children. Would be nice to have extra towels. Bathroom is a bit dark. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. Overall a comfortable stay. Thank you to the receptionist for allowing us to store our bags before check in.

The best location

Perfect location in the heart of Porto. Walking distance away from everything. The apartment had everything that we needed, was nicely designed with a lovely balcony overlooking part of the city.

Excellent stay in Puerto city center

The check in process had a few bumps, but I think it was due to not being able to receive the communications from the property since I was traveling that day; which is critical, since no one is on site and has to meet you there to let you in and get you checked in. Once we got past that hurdle, the place was great and the location is phenomenal, very close to everything per.

Newly refurbished, central apartment.

Nice new apartment, super central. Corridor noise travels straight into the apartment under front door. No cutlery in the kitchen, so couldn’t actually cook without buying new cutlery... Balcony was not clean. Balcony overlook directly onto the intercontinental hotel plant room, which was noisy and pushed heat up to the balcony.

Excellent location and service. Check in was super efficient. Studio is Very comfortable for 4. Only negative is that you have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to lift landing w luggage. Pillows too soft. But overall great value for money and I would definitely stay here again if I visit porto.

Cosy loft in Porto

Great location, in the heart of Downtown. Recently remodeled, great service. A bit noisy at night with the garbage trucks but other than that, I would totally recommend.

Everything is small but good enough ,bath was small and remind you rest room in flight but modern decorated . He was waiting for us and checking was very fast. Location is really best in Porto,I think if I come Porto I stay again in this flat

Location was superb and the design is modern and spacious. But the hot water didn’t work consistently and showering was a bit cold and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. Elevator only at level 1 and not ground level

I would stay there again

You can't beat the location. everything there was in close proximity. restaurants, hop on, hop off bus, the train station, you name it. The apartments are nice and clean. The only problem that we encountered was the WiFi. it did not work properly and on our last day we even had to call the property management, they came and fixed it for us. And one suggestion that I have to say - for someone with limited mobility to get to the first floor where the elevator is located can be a problem, so if you have difficulties walking up the stairs, it may not be for you. Otherwise, great property. I would stay there again.
