The photos were misleading. This was a studio, not a one bedroom apartment. This was disappointing. However, it was well maintained and in an interesting neighbourhood in Porto. The host, Carolina, was delightful to deal with and ensured the lift was repaired promptly when it broke down. The building was secure and fortunately the air conditioning worked well as we stayed in a heat wave. The only real downside was the meat restaurant next door. They turned the Barbecue on at 10 am and we could not leave the balcony doors open after that.
