There was a giant spider web near the door to the patio area. The service desk/office is not on site. Limited hot water for two or more people.

We had trouble with the internet. We also had trouble trying to open the front door with our key. We were told it sticks and at one time I really could not open it. I called the office and they told me to ask the the neighbor in the coffee shop to help me open it. She did manage to get it open by shaking the door like crazy. It made us scared to go out for dinner not knowing if we'd get it open late at night when no one was around and the office closed. This is not how I want to spend a vacation. Next time no more apartment rentals. I'll go to a hotel with a reception always available.
