This apartment was truly well represented on VRBO. It was our home for 5 nights and it was a pleasure to come back to at the end of our days. The style and sense of artistry is evident in every room. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Gabriel was responsive to my questions of which there were few. An excellent experience.

The home is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable! It was very near the metro so we were able to easily explore Porto which was amazing. Host was very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was beautiful and every bit as cute as the photos. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. Host was very responsive. The unit was directly on the main subway line to go to Ribeiro, so it was very easy to get around.

The apartment: 5 stars – It is absolutely lovely and in a terrific location. The art and furnishings are tasteful and charming and you will enjoy staying here.A few nitpicks: It can be a bit tricky using the app to get in at the front door. Only one of us (the main communicant with the host) was able to do so and we had to "buzz in" the others of our party who had gone for a walk.Be sure to buy yourself some Nespresso pods!

Perfect Little Spot

The apartment was as advertised. Cute and cozy, but still plenty of room so you don't feel crowded. It was really nice to have the two good sized rooms, comfortable beds and added bonus of two full baths with three adults staying there. It is on a pretty busy street, so there is a bit of noise from cars that makes its way into the rooms at night, but not too bad.We were just a few blocks from where all the activities (food and shopping) were which was really nice, especially since we did not have a car. Gabriel was very responsive and the check-in process was straight forward. Only thing to be aware of is going up the stairs to the apartment is dark and there are no motion sensors to kick in the lights. You will need to locate them on the wall as you make your way up. Oh, one last tip. If you are a coffee drinker, make sure to buy pods for the Nespresso machine.This spot made our stay in Porto very enjoyable!

Beautiful large apartment

The apartment was beautiful.... Two very big bedrooms with bathrooms, both of which had wonderful showers. There was also another bathroom by the living room. The apartment was also very nicely decorated and had all amenities. The host was super helpful and responded quickly to our messages. There was also a nice grocery store across the street, some great cafes and restaurants nearby.

We loved the apartment which felt warm and welcoming. Using an Uber within Porto was easy for places that we could not go to on foot. Easy access to food and groceries on the same street. Nice area to walk around and a park nearby. The only issue was the electronic access to the building, which we worked around to manage it. The host was aware of our issue and communicated to us - despite that we would book again:)

Comfortable stay in great location

Two U.S. couples visiting Portugal. Great location for walking to restaurants, attractions, historic district. Gabriel was very responsive and checked in to be sure all was good. Apartment has character with beautiful and varied artwork and fully equipped kitchen. Felt like a home. Would love to return! One important note—you must have data access on your phone to use the app which gives access to the apartment.

Really enjoyable stay at the Cozy Apartment. Well-equipped kitchen pairs well with grocery store directly across the street. Delightful authentic Portuguese bar/snacks close by at Marques Park, which is where the metro stop is. We enjoyed the downhill walk into the center of old Porto each day. A "taxi" on the Bolt app was a very inexpensive way to return if the queue to buy metro tickets is really long. Thanks for the memories!

Getting in to our apt was difficult! The link to get in was through a text message. When host finally got back to me after I called Vrbo I instructed him to send link thru my email he sent thru WhatsApp still did not get us in luckily the front entrance door was open we rang a tenants apt they were so kind and helpful Finally I asked the host just give me the combo code to get in still had a problem opening the door our lovely neighbors to the rescue once more. Once in I see a key hanging on a wall hook our neighbors informed us key to the front entrance. Please let host know without a washer or dryer they need to supply more towels and a bar of soap would have been nice. Too many people pee outside our front door eeww! Other than that very clean, accessible to a grocery store parking and shopping. Oh a coffee pot would have been lovely. Thank you.

Having made our host aware we would arrive late. We got to the location in the dark, we are 3 grandmas from very rural areas and are unfamiliar with city's. Can you imagine our anxiety when we couldn't get into our lodging! Standing outside with our suitcases. Then having to walk to a hotel with suitcases in hand in an unfamiliar neighborhood unsure of where we were even going believe me when we finally got off the street we were full of relief! I asked for a refund for the night and was not given one. When checking into our stay in Lisbon the gal showed us how proper check -ins should have gone. Filling out all passport information before arriving and excellent instructions on how to get in. So I know anything about the inside as we couldn't get in. I still feel we should be refunded.
