Turismo de Portugal & World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) have distinguished us with the "Clean & Safe" and “Safe Travels” seals respectively, reflecting all our efforts on providing a safe work environment as well as presenting our apartments in pristine conditions. From the housekeeping / laundry to the welcoming of each guest we have implemented specific qualification and are complying with all the regulations and recommendations from both DGS (National Health Authorities) and WHO (World Health Organisation).

The Space:
Fabulous new Studio (35m2), very nicely decorated in a recently renovated building, located in the downtown area, right by Praça da República and Cedofeita street. It is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access. It has Air Conditioning, modern kitchen and bathroom facilities and a very cozy bed :)! It is equipped with all the essentials so you can have a great stay with us.

Guest Access:
We will personally welcome every guest, providing valuable recommendations and tips about the city.

Building has an elevator.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on WhatsApp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of town, close to all the main attractions. Sigh seeings and great restaurants are within walking distance being Rua de Cedofeita just 2min walking distance (many different restaurants). A step away from Aliados avenue and Lapa metro station! This part of downtown offers wide range of services, whether in restaurants, grocery stores or small shopping centers.

Getting Around:
METRO
Line E (purple, direction Estádio do Dragão) and you get off at Lapa station. This costs 2€/person and will take 24 minutes on the metro followed by a 5-minute walk to the apartment.

CAR
If you are travelling by car, there is an indoor parking space just down the street.
There is always street parking (payable).

TRAIN
The closest train station is Campanhã and you can get the metro from there to the apartment. The closest metro station is Lapa, 5 minutes walking from us.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival we will personally greet and welcome you, share our great recommendations and also tour the space with you so you get to know the place as if you were home :)!

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
