It's a 110 m² duplex and offers convenient access to all major attractions, shops and restaurants. It's on the 3rd floor accessed only by stairs. It accommodates up to 6 people.
It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and a coffee machine.
It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an iron. The building has a washing machine available for all guests to use.
You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions and on an exclusive basis.
