La estancia en distribucion està genial. Deberian mejorar la limpieza se nota que pasan muy por encima.La bateria de cocina deberian cambiarla se ve muy usada y maltrada.yo no me atrevi a cocinar en ella.El baño: el techo està lleno de humedad y la pintura desconchada. La bañera.vieja y con manchas y la cortina....ni mencionar.Mi consejo es cambiar y arreglar todo eso principalmenteDespues....la ubicacion bastante buena cerquisima de Mercado do Bon Suceso q està de 10 para comer. Casa de la Musica y paradas de bus y metro al lado.q recomiendo coger para moverse al centro puesto que O porto tiene mucha cuesta para caminarGracias
