Lovely apartment, and had everything we needed for six of us. Big and spacious apart from one room which has a single bed and was a bit small and claustrophobic but ok for a child maybe. It is four flights of stairs up so bear that in mind. Fabulous location, short walk to the bridge and main area. Host very responsive.

Great location with lots of room

Our family of seven stayed here and had lots of room. Lots of sunlight from courtyard It's also within walking distance of the bridge and Ribera District and the major sites. Note that it is 4 flights up - so was harder for our older grandmother, but it worked. There's a bit of traffic noise from the street although that didn't bother us too much. As others have noted the back bedroom is very tight and off of the kitchen, but it is close to the second bathroom. It's a washer only not washer and dryer. And there isn't an additional futon as shown in the bedroom pics (it's 2 rooms with 2 twins. 1 queen and 1 twin) but Worked great for us.

Large apartment in a great location

Plenty of room for the 6 people in our group, and close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Got a bit warm inside because of the large windows, but fans helped with air flow. Only negative is that despite what the listing said, there is no onsite parking; the nearest lot was about 400 meters away and cost 25 euros per day.

Nice place

This was a great property and location. It was a lot bigger than I expected so was pleasantly surprised. The host was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check-in. The only suggestion I would make would be better mattresses.

Improvement needed

Outdated furniture, beds that were not used did not have a mattress (which did not look good), beds need to be sturdier (cheap material, planks broke), cleaninless needs improvement, very very busy/loud street (3/4 bedrooms face the main street). The property has a heater tank, so be aware that you need to take quick showers if you are staying with 2 or more people. I wish all these things were included in the description of the property.

Quirky digs in a great location

Fun apartment that was great for our family's needs. With two teens, needed some extra space and this fit the bill. Nice kitchen allowed us to do all breakfasts and some other meals. Two bathrooms made getting ready much easier. On a higher floor meant a lot of stairs but also a nice view of nearby bridge and, in the distance, Clerigos Tower. Some of the furniture was a bit dated/worn out and one of the tubs did not drain well but overall, a great home base to explore Porto!

Bien placé mais logement mal isolé

Logement très bien placé Procédures d'arrivée et de départ très simples Contact avec Olga rapide et convivial Machine à laver Lave vaisselle 3 vraies chambres et une petite très pratique. Point à ameliorer : Isolation des fenêtres inexistante État des volets non satisfaisant Boutons du micro-ondes à remplacer Ustensiles pour cuisiner un peu juste Un grand merci à Olga pour son accueil.

Appartement bien situé mais sans parking

L’appartement est grand, très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Par contre, il n’y a pas de parking comme indiqué dans l’annonce (il y a un parking payant juste à côté pour 30€ les 36h). Et l’appartement est assez bruyant du à la proximité de la route et à la mauvaise insonorisation. En conclusion, un avis assez mitigé
