The apartment was perfect for our group of 7- 5 adults, 2 children. There is plenty of seating at the table and in the living area. The water pressure was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The hair blower was convenient and easy to use. No dishwasher soap available, had to take the trash out-which required taking it down 3 flights of stairs across the street and down a bit to city trash cans. BUT…we had to meet at the rental office, blocks away to check in. Four of our group stood on the sidewalk with our luggage while three of us had to go in search of the office (the door was locked, we had to bang on the door to get attention). They gave us a key to get in the front door and a code to use on the room door. It is a very strange door that would only open the the internet code, not the push button code. It would have been most helpful if they had met us at the apartment and gone through the steps. THEN…we were being picked up by a driver at 9:00am. I asked if we could leave the front door key on the table. NO, Someone would be in the office at 8:00 am to take the key. No one was there. Banged on the door, sent 5 messages, eventually the woman that opened the door said the person who takes the keys wasn’t in but would be there at 9:00. She reluctantly took the key when we couldn’t wait around. Nice apartment. Very frustrating management.
