Guest H4U Bonjardim Garden City Center is a modern duplex apartment that has been completely refurbished to the highest standards, offering maximum comfort and functionality. This property is ideal for families or couples with children and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Although located in the city center, the apartment is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.



Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a pleasant exterior and a 20 m² private garden, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The duplex layout is thoughtfully designed: on the top floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and a bathroom with a shower located right next to it.



The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a sofa bed that accommodates two guests, as well as Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.



The open-space dining area seats up to six people and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and essential cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a home-cooked meal.



Conveniently located, the apartment is within walking distance of a bank, supermarket, bakery, nightlife, public transport (the central metro station is just 50 meters away), pharmacy, and a wide selection of restaurants. Many of Porto’s main attractions are also nearby, including Aliados Square, Clérigos Tower, Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street (main shopping street), Livraria Lello, São Bento Train Station, and Palácio da Bolsa.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.



Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.



Pet Policy: Small dogs under 5kg are welcome in the apartment for an additional fee of 5€ per day.



There is no fixed heating system in the apartment; a portable heater can be provided for an additional cost.

All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:

Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.

2-night Stay in ‘Garden’ apartment in Porto

Our check-in was thorough and the apartment was clean. However there was no AC. The ‘garden’ area is very small with neighboring walls very high and narrow which felt claustrophobic. We drove into the city and opted to use the garage linked to the apartment. The garage was not easy to find and there was a notice on the door to the stairs advising of a recent assault.
