This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access.

As you enter, you will find an open kitchen leading to the living room. The kitchen provides essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as a fridge, oven, and cooking plate.

The bright living space features a lovely dining area, a comfortable couch and a queen-size bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Porto was chosen as “The City to Visit This Year” by Forbes 2017 and is a definite must-see city in Europe, even if it is just for a weekend break. It has a unique atmosphere with lovely neighbourhoods and large villas on narrow cobbled streets.

Porto is just the perfect size to explore on foot. You’ll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do Bolhão, or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 500-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests concierge services, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
