Tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, which offer multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a heavenly king bed, two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for two. There is also access to a lovely sunroom for those warm days. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep well.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is the perfect place to explore the city. Located near some of the city's best attractions, you can experience the beauty of Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, and Clérigos Tower. As you take in the sights and sounds of Porto, you can refuel with some delicious food and drinks at nearby restaurants and bars like Capa Negra II, Abadia do Porto, and Galeria De Paris.

Located just an 8-minute walk from Trindade Station and 11 minutes from Lapa, and just 1.3 km from Porto São Bento Station, you will be conveniently located to get around and explore the city easily. With its excellent location in Porto, you won't want to miss out on this opportunity!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
