This charming 40 m² studio is the ideal retreat for couples seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

Located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space.

The main living area features a double bed made up with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. You'll also find a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table perfect for meals or a relaxed evening indoors.

The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the studio also offers a dishwasher to make clean-up easy, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during longer stays.

The bathroom provides all essential amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience.

The property is located in the heart of Porto’s city centre, just a short walk from Avenida dos Aliados and São Bento train and metro station. This prime location offers excellent access to public transport and many of the city's most iconic landmarks.

In the immediate area, you’ll find several popular cafés and restaurants. One standout is Café Ceuta, a historic café originally opened in 1953 and recently renovated, now offering a retro ambience, cultural events, and a menu that includes traditional Portuguese dishes and desserts.
Various bakeries, butcher shops, small grocery stores, and local markets, such as Talho Sá Noronha, Padaria Ribeiro, and Mercado Porto Bello, are nearby, making daily errands convenient.

Cultural landmarks are all within easy walking distance. Livraria Lello, the Clérigos Tower and Church, Praça da Liberdade, and the São Bento train station are all less than 10 minutes away. For those looking for green spaces or scenic views, Jardim da Cordoaria and the riverside Ribeira district are also close by.

The area is also rich in cultural venues. Cinema Batalha, a beautifully restored Art Deco cinema, now hosts concerts and events. Rua de Ceuta itself is historically significant, once frequented by figures like Camilo Castelo Branco and Francisco Sá Carneiro, and it connects to Rua da Picaria, known for its bohemian character and literary cafés.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
