If you're looking to enjoy some quality time with the ones you love, then look no further than my two-bedroom apartment in vibrant Fontainhas! A historical neighbourhood in the downtown Porto area that's ideal, couples and friends and families due to the close proximities of shops and local eateries.

It has all the modern amenities you'll ever need for a comfortable stay, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a smart TV and sofa bed (that can fit 2!), and a bathroom with toiletries. We even provide a Nespresso machine for you to enjoy in the morning before heading out. There's also an additional WC located in the apartment, as well.

The bedroom comes with either 1 double-bed, or 2 single-beds; both are lined with hotel quality linens and bedsheets for a comfortable night's rest.

All the windows have electric shutters.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Just in the heart of Porto, Portugal! This charming street is lined with cobblestones and low-rise buildings, and is home to many local businesses and small eateries. The 24 de Agosto and Heroismo stations are just a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The apartment is very well located in a busy area, so it might have some noise.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. 

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
