Welcome to my apartment!

This delightful 100² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.

It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

There are three beautiful bedrooms, each designed to make your stay memorable. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a comfortable queen bed, a TV for cosy evenings, plenty of storage, and the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a lovely queen bed, a TV, and dressers to organise your belongings. The third bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and convenient storage space. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

It has two more bathrooms: one complete bathroom in the hallway and a service bathroom in the living room.

The apartment also opens onto a little balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

NOTE: Although it is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator, guests must climb three steps to reach it.

Beyond sightseeing, the neighborhood offers a true taste of local life. Trendy shops, cozy wine bars, and family-run restaurants invite travelers to linger and savor the city’s renowned hospitality. Whether you’re sampling a glass of port wine, discovering hidden art galleries, or simply soaking up the lively atmosphere, this part of Porto captures the spirit that makes the city such an unforgettable destination.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
