This delightful 97m2 property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed in a modern yet charming style, with large windows that fill the rooms with natural light and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Guests can unwind in the comfortable living area, where a cosy sitting space with a TV makes evenings relaxing, and the dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook and share delicious dishes, from an oven and stove to a microwave and coffee maker.

The three bedrooms are warm and inviting, each offering comfort and character. One features a queen bed with plenty of storage, another a double bed with a spacious wardrobe, and the third two single beds, ideal for friends or family.

Both bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

To complete the experience, the apartment opens onto a small balcony, a delightful spot to sip your morning coffee or simply enjoy the gentle breeze in a peaceful moment.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In this lively area of Porto, visitors are welcomed by a charming mix of tradition and modern flair. Colourful townhouses line the streets, with cafés and restaurants creating an inviting atmosphere where the scent of fresh pastries and coffee fills the air. It’s a place where locals and travellers mingle, capturing the essence of the city’s warmth and authenticity.

Exploring further, you’ll find boutique shops, small art spaces, and plenty of hidden corners that reveal Porto’s vibrant character. Whether strolling by day under the city’s soft light or enjoying the lively evenings with music and conversation, this neighbourhood offers a true taste of everyday life in Porto, with culture, history, and hospitality woven together.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
