This beautifully decorated 50m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to unwind on, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows fill the area with natural sunlight, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine to prepare a delicious meal. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom (accessible to the bedroom via stairs) offers a relaxing environment with a double bed and wardrobe, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your convenience, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Please note that the flat has a connecting door to the neighbouring unit. We recommend being mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of both Trindade and Lapa stations, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. With a central location, guests can easily access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The accommodation offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
