The spacious living room features a large sofa with two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a door that leads to a furnished 20 sqm balcony, perfect for enjoying the panoramic view from the 5th floor.
The adjacent fully equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the panoramic views.
The second room is thoughtfully designed to serve as an office space, complete with a spacious sofa and a well-designed working desk, creating an ideal environment for work or study.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
Convenient parking is provided in the downstairs garage, equipped with two gates and a remote control system, ensuring a homely and secure experience for residents.
