It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. Both rooms have queen-sized beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Mafamude, located in the beautiful city of Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, is a charming and vibrant neighbourhood known for its unique blend of historical and modern elements.

This neighbourhood is famous for its proximity to the Douro River and the iconic Ribeira district of Porto. It offers stunning views of the city of Porto, which is just across the river. Mafamude is also home to some of the most famous port wine cellars, making it an ideal destination for wine enthusiasts.

With its historic architecture, cobblestone streets, and quaint shops, Mafamude exudes an old-world charm. You can explore centuries-old buildings and enjoy the authentic Portuguese atmosphere. The neighbourhood is also affluent in cultural experiences, with numerous museums, galleries, and cultural centres showcasing the region's heritage.

For those who appreciate natural beauty, the Jardim do Morro, a beautiful park on a hill, offers panoramic views of Porto and the river. This green oasis is perfect for strolls and picnics.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Jardim do Morro and General Torres, are just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Really pleased with the accommodation. Great situation, really quiet, with all we needed nearby and a really good base for visiting Porto.Slight negatives - no tea towel and perhaps more information on using the tv and location of the washing machine.
