This delightful 80 m2 two-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

It is designed with modern and elegant décor, with tall windows and minimalist furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a modern and open layout with a welcoming living area, complete with a TV, a cosy double couch bed, and a dining table — a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The open-concept kitchen has all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

A shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Upstairs, the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a TV, plenty of storage and a private bathroom.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua Formosa, in the heart of Porto, is a historic street that combines traditional charm with vibrant local life. One of its most iconic landmarks is the Bolhão Market, a bustling spot known for fresh produce, flowers, and authentic Portuguese character. Just across the street, the beautiful Art Nouveau façade of Pérola do Bolhão, a century-old grocery store, draws visitors with its colourful azulejos and vintage interior.

The street also features historic buildings such as the Palácio do Conde do Bolhão, once home to aristocratic gatherings and royal visits. While some traditional businesses have faded, Rua Formosa remains an essential link between Porto's past and present. Its central location, close to major attractions and public transport, makes it a convenient and atmospheric stop for anyone exploring the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 500-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
