The open-plan living and dining area features a sofa and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city, and a round table with seats for up to 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances so guests can easily prepare meals and snacks during their stay.

The apartment also offers access to the roof terrace, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or wine in the evening.

There are two bedrooms, and both come with queen-sized beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort. The 2nd bedroom is on the mezzanine, which you will find access to next to the kitchen.

The bathroom, which you'll find on the main floor, is modern and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The mezzanine is located in a charming traditional building, just a few steps from Bolhão Market and the famous Santa Catarina street. The area is filled with life and energy, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The location is perfect for those who want to explore Porto's vibrant culture and history.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Bolhão (lines: A, B, Bx, C, E, F), is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests a rooftop terrace and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
