Unwind in the living area, which features a cosy queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens for a comfortable stay. The room is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You can relax here, watch your favourite shows on the wide-screen TV, and enjoy meals at the dining table. The space also opens to a balcony where you can breathe fresh air.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals quickly.

The bathroom has everything you need, from fresh towels to complimentary toiletries, ensuring your convenience.

The property is located in the city center, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is surrounded by popular attractions such as the iconic Livraria Lello and the historic Porto Cathedral. Guests can also enjoy a variety of dining options nearby, including the delicious cuisine at Restaurante Abadia do Porto and the charming atmosphere of Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its central location, this property is the perfect starting point to explore the vibrant city of Porto and all it has to offer.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of Porto São Bento and Bolhão stations, making it easily accessible for travellers using public transportation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
